For those staying less than Six Nights, or in lower categories,
the Cost is $200 in Jamaica, $500 in St. Lucia and $400 in Antigua.
Our $200 wedding fee applies if we handle documents, provide notary services and ship documents to the Sandals Wedding Coordinator.

  • Acceptance and Examination of Wedding Documents to assure you have compiled everything required on the first submission.
  • Notary Services including Notarization of any copies of Divorce Decrees or Death Certificates (Note: Birth Certificates can no longer be notarized as certified copies. If you are purchasing a passport, you will need 2 birth certificates as we will need to send one to Jamaica and you will need to send one to the National Passport Center.) Birth Certificates must be ordered from the appropriate Government agency directly (we can tell you where to order).
  • Remember that Passports are now required to travel to Jamaica. (Passports can take as long as 14 weeks using regular service and up to 4 weeks using expedited service.)
  • Fedex™ of your Documentation to Jamaica (a $60 value). We use real Fedex, because it gets there!
  • Follow-up with the Wedding Coordinator to confirm receipt. (usually about $6 to $10 per call).
  • Communication with the Island about details of the Wedding (usually about $6 to $10 per call).
