Only available on certain itineraries where the ship is in Bahamian Waters 24 hours prior to the service and Couples are required to visit the court in person to obtain thelicense. If either either party have not been previously married, they must pay $40 cash to the courthouse in Nassau on the day of the wedding and sign an affidavit that they have never been married.

Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license from the State of Louisiana on their own. Either the Bride or the Groom musts appear in person to obtain the license. The cost is approximately $25 but varies by Parish. There is a three (3) day waiting period before the ceremony can be performed.

Puerto Rico requires a blood test. If the blood work is done prior to sailing, it must be done within 10 days of the wedding. Also note that the couple must arrive in San Juan early enough on Friday prior to sailing to obtain the license personally at the court.
